Job summary

Inetum2 is seeking an End User Computing Workplace Architect to design, implement, and optimize the digital workplace. You will lead EUC architecture for desktop, mobile, and VDI, deploying Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint.

You will partner with IT security and stakeholders to ensure security, compliance, and high end-user productivity. The role requires 5+ years in EUC, strong Microsoft/VDI expertise, and relevant certifications, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in end user computing, workplace architecture, or related IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, MDM, and VDI solutions.
• Experience with device lifecycle management, application packaging/deployment, and IAM.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR security standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in relevant tech are a plus (e.g., Modern Desktop Admin, Azure Architect).
• English proficiency in international context (CEFR B2 or equivalent).

• Design and develop end user computing solutions, including desktop, laptop, mobile device, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.
• Lead the architecture and deployment of modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager (Intune), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
• Assess current workplace environments, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology upgrades or process changes.
• Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure workplace solutions meet organizational security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and architecture diagrams for EUC solutions.
• Evaluate tools to enhance end user productivity and experience.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to EUC support teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline device provisioning, application deployment, patching, and configuration management.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital workplace and end user computing space.

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Citrix Certified Expert) are a plus.
• English proficiency in international context (preferred: certified, minimum CEFR B2; IELTS 6.5; or equivalent)
