Capitole is seeking a Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to govern IT architecture across strategic local and group programmes in a hybrid Madrid environment. You will lead Design Authority governance, define API/SOA paradigms, and ensure security, data, and cloud alignment with enterprise standards.

Key focus areas include Cloud Transformation, AI & Agentic, API Management, IT Security and Workplace, plus multi-regional infrastructures.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, ideally in large companies.
• Proven governance experience with Design Authority and ARB.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Azure platform components.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic programmes across Cloud, AI & Agentic, API Management, IT Security and Workplace.
• Provide Enterprise Architecture services, supporting Asset Management and IT Refresh Strategy & Planning.
• Lead Design Authority and Architecture Review Board governance and ensure alignment with Enterprise and Group Standards.
• Define application architecture paradigms, including API/Service-Oriented Architecture, principles and design patterns.
• Lead solution architecture activities, including Business Vision, Blueprint, Roadmap, integration and security.
• Define and validate target architectures covering Security, Data, Network, Integration, Cloud and Containers.
• Produce architecture governance deliverables, including Design Authority Terms of Reference and ARB/ASB decisions documentation
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, ideally in large companies with multi-regional infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture, especially Azure and its platform components.
• Strong Infrastructure, Windows / Linux and Networking knowledge.
• Good knowledge of Data Management and DevOps / CI/CD concepts.
• Experience defining target architectures across Security, Data, Network, Integration, Cloud and Containers.
• Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Hub-and-Spoke architectures.
• Ability to validate solutions in a strong security context.
• Creative, autonomous, organised, rigorous and results-oriented.

We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience to support the team across strategic local and group programmes.

You will help define and govern the IT architecture, ensuring consistency across the IS landscape, alignment with business needs and compliance with enterprise and security standards.

You will work across Cloud Transformation, AI & Agentic, API Management, IT Security and Workplace, collaborating on multiple projects simultaneously.
