Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Medicines IT RDM product team in Spain, focusing on end-to-end software delivery and operation in a regulated environment.

You will work hands-on with modern technologies, take ownership across the solution lifecycle, and collaborate with global teams to design scalable, production-ready services while continuously improving them.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years in modern programming languages and backend tech (e.g., Python).
• Experience with container-based or cloud-native solutions (OpenShift, AWS).
• CI/CD environments and toolchains (Jenkins, Git, Jira, Bitbucket).
• AWS/Azure exposure and IaC (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK).
• Experience in IT consultancy, automation, or data science a plus.
• Experience in pharma/regulatory environments (GxP) a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork in international setting.
• Professional-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and operate innovative software solutions with business teams.
• Act as technical contact for internal customers and translate demands.
• Work hands-on with modern tech to build production-ready solutions.
• Take end-to-end responsibility across lifecycle including releases.
• Contribute to release coordination, change prep, operational readiness, incidents.
• Be a member of a product team building scalable services.
• Contribute to architectural discussions aligned with IT strategy.
• Guide external developers where applicable.
• Participate in agile delivery and team coordination.
• Contribute to capability development and roadmap planning with Capability Owner.
