iTalenters is seeking a DevOps Engineer to centralize the digital lifecycle of our medication delivery platform, owning CI/CD, cloud infra, and observability for Azure-hosted production systems with real patient workflows.

You will migrate pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, manage Azure-based multi-tenant deployments across hospitals, and implement OpenTelemetry + Grafana dashboards while supporting hybrid work from Barcelona (3 days remote, 2 days onsite).

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps for production systems.
• Experience with Azure and Kubernetes in production.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and observability tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
• Manage Azure-based infrastructure for multi-tenant clinical deployment.
• Operate and secure hybrid cloud/on-prem environments using Crossplane, Helm, and Azure tooling.
• Deploy observability with OpenTelemetry and Grafana, define SLOs with product teams.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes (AKS) and Windows/IIS issues.

Step into a pivotal DevOps Engineer role and help centralize and manage the digital lifecycle of medication delivery and monitoring.

Your mission? To modernize a production-grade, Azure-hosted clinical solution (already vital for real patient workflows) by taking full ownership of its DevOps tooling and infrastructure. You will be central to: transitioning CI/CD tooling, deploying powerful observability frameworks, and enabling seamless connection with hospital devices to optimize medication protocols. This is deep tech with direct clinical impact!

• Design, operate, and transition CI/CD pipelines from Jenkins to GitHub Actions—ensuring zero downtime and robust traceability.
• Implement and maintain Azure-based infrastructure for a multi-tenant clinical deployment serving 40+ hospitals.
• Operate, secure, and automate cloud and on-prem environments using Crossplane XRDs, Helm, and Azure-native tooling.
• Lead the integration of observability tools: deploy OpenTelemetry agents, build Grafana dashboards, and create actionable SLOs with product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues across Kubernetes (AKS) and Windows/IIS environments.
• Hybrid model in Barcelona: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite.
