Roche is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer in Madrid to take ownership of strategic technical initiatives across end-to-end lifecycle processes. You will lead custom tooling development, IaC management for large workloads, and ensure robust security, monitoring, and performance across production environments.

• Experience in Production environments managing large workloads and end-to-end platform lifecycles.
• Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams.
• Ability to identify gaps in Agile and DevOps practices and apply external best practices to harden workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own ambiguous topics and drive small to medium initiatives; build end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot across distributed environments and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge at internal or external events.
• Manage complex infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and scripts for large workloads in Production.
• Formulate technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
