Roche is seeking a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer (SE8) in Madrid to define the technical direction for multiple platforms and manage their lifecycle. You will guide CI/CD pipelines, drive self-healing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver scalable, secure IT solutions.

You will influence technology direction, propagate DevOps best practices, and collaborate with developers, managers, and vendors while navigating transformational changes and regulatory

Formación

• Experience applying automation to large-scale IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on IaC, logging, monitoring, observability, and scripting.
• Proven track record designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes technical direction for lifecycle of multiple platforms and services.
• Applies software engineering to build scalable infrastructure with self-service tooling.
• Guides CI/CD design, self-healing strategies, and DR planning.
• Leads cross-functional teams and influences senior stakeholders.
• Ensures availability, capacity planning, and scalability across platforms.
• Defines and monitors SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for services.
