Hays Technology in Madrid is seeking a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to design, evolve, and operate enterprise-grade platform services focused on reliability, automation, security, and developer experience.

You will work in an international environment with Product, Software Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Security teams to build scalable foundations that enable innovation across the business.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven background implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience supporting distributed systems and modern cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance within cloud environments.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate large-scale Kubernetes platforms across Azure and Google Cloud.
• Build scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting global applications.
• Lead infrastructure standardization through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• Promote GitOps methodologies and deployment automation.
• Create self-service capabilities that empower engineering teams.
