Factorial is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the CI/CD Kubernetes platform end-to-end. You will manage capacity, reliability, upgrades, and cost across a large runner fleet and self-hosted infrastructure in European datacentres.

You will operate with Terraform, Flux/Argo CD, Helm, and GitHub Actions, while ensuring fast test cycles and robust observability. This role blends on-site collaboration with remote work options.

Formación

• 5+ years running production infrastructure with Kubernetes at the center.
• Real depth in Kubernetes: scheduling, limits, evictions, node pressure, DaemonSets.
• Strong Linux and container fundamentals: containerd or Docker internals, cgroups, namespaces.
• Terraform and IaC, with module design and state hygiene.
• CI/CD at platform level: shared workflows, runner architecture, build caching.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CI and CD Kubernetes clusters end to end: capacity, reliability, upgrades, security, cost.
• Run the self-hosted GitHub Actions platform at scale with runner scale sets and ephemeral pods.
• Keep data services (MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse) fast and healthy for tests.
• Design and tune caching to speed builds: node-local cache and image caches.
• Lead incident response and postmortems, turn findings into alerts and runbooks.
• Operate bare metal and manage network across datacentre segments.
