Factorial HR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead backend development in the Data Ops team. You will architect and implement scalable backend systems, integrate global payment platforms like Stripe or Adyen, and drive AI-assisted development inside a fast‑growing fintech SaaS environment.

You will work closely with design and product squads to deliver end-to-end features for internal and external users, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across our cloud stack.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend or Software Engineer.
• Strong foundation in database management, Docker containers, and modern cloud infrastructure architecture.
• Background in fintech, payment platforms, or financial applications is highly valued.
• Product-first thinking and ability to incorporate AI into development workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Own backend architecture for internal sales, invoicing, and billing apps with high availability and security.
• Design robust backend workflows for reliable financial data processing.
• Integrate Stripe or Adyen to optimize internal financial flows.
• Develop end-to-end products with design/product teams for internal and external users.
• Embed AI into your workflow using GitHub and modern AI tools.
• Drive agile practices with PR reviews, continuous deployment, and cross-functional specifications.
