Factorial is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to own our CI/CD Kubernetes stack end-to-end. You will manage capacity, reliability, upgrades, security and cost across a self-hosted runner fleet in European datacentres, with Terraform and GitOps tooling to keep delivery pipelines fast and reliable.

You will work with data services like MySQL, Redis and ClickHouse, design caching strategies, and drive incident response with blameless postmortems.

Formación

• 5+ years running production infrastructure with Kubernetes at the centre.
• Strong Linux and container fundamentals (containerd/Docker, cgroups).
• Experience with Terraform / IaC and state hygiene.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runners.
• Scripting ability in Bash; Python or Go for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CI/CD Kubernetes clusters end to end: capacity, reliability, upgrades, security and cost.
• Run the self-hosted GitHub Actions platform at scale with Runner Controller.
• Keep data services (MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse) fast and healthy.
• Design and tune caching to speed builds; manage images and registries.
• Instrument the platform and set targets to reduce queue wait and build time.
• Manage the platform as code with Terraform, Flux, Argo CD, Kustomize and Helm.
• Provision and operate bare metal, manage networking, and diagnose issues.
• Lead incident response, postmortems, and turn learnings into runbooks.
