Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 6–8 years of Field Services/Onsite Support experience in Madrid.

The role focuses on Windows 10/11, Office 365, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver rapid, high-quality support. The ideal candidate will handle remote troubleshooting, PC/mobile hardware, and office moves, with strong documentation and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Candidate must have 6 to 8 years in Field Services / Onsite Support Services.

Responsabilidades

• Bulk refreshes and smarthands support.
• Asset management and laptop provisioning for new starters.
• Coordinate with Facility Management for site support and announcements.
• VIP support and crisis management participation.
• OS imaging and mass deployments.
• SCCM & OS troubleshooting.
