Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Derivatives) to ensure regulatory compliance for CFDs and derivative products across product lifecycles. You will collaborate with Product and business teams to provide practical regulatory guidance, navigate distribution changes, and support governance across multiple markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of UK/EEA regulatory frameworks, experience in derivatives, and a track record of translating regulations into scalable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant financial services experience in regulatory, business, or product compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and/or EEA regulatory frameworks.
• Direct experience with CFDs and/or other derivatives and their compliance risks.
• Experience advising stakeholders on regulatory matters, product launches, and governance.
• Understanding of retail client distribution and investor protection requirements.
• Experience managing regulatory change and translating requirements into processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and business teams to provide regulatory advice on CFDs, derivatives, distribution strategies, and ongoing operations.
• Support new product launches, in-app features, and investment services, ensuring compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Advise on product governance, including design, target markets, distribution, and customer outcomes.
• Apply UK/EEA regulations such as MiFID II, FCA COBS, EMIR, MiFIR, and CASS.
• Advise on client categorisation, leverage and margin rules, and financial promotions risks.
• Support expansion into new markets via regulatory assessments and controls enhancements.
