Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a PMO-focused transformation professional to design and implement client transformation plans and drive wide programs from Barcelona or Madrid as part of Orphoz. You will coordinate PMO tasks, lead workstreams, and coach junior consultants while delivering client meetings and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting in a PMO context.
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions is highly desirable.
• Driven by creating long-lasting impact; enjoys working with people to achieve results.
• Flexibility to travel and ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

You will design and implement client´s transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPIs implementation, process improvement, etc. You will coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks. You will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and coaching clients. You will also manage project workstreams largely independently and with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself. You will lead junior consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives. You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects. You will be based in our Barcelona or Madrid office as part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry out the most complex transformation projects for our clients. You will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting in a project management office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects
• Functional experience with AI-related solutions (e.g., analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools) is highly desirable
