A consulting firm in Madrid is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to drive transformation projects. Candidates should have over 4 years of project management experience, particularly in consulting and M&A. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. The role combines startup agility with larger organizational support, aiming for impactful client solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in carve-outs and M&A implementation projects.
• Holistic process redesign experience in financial institutions and IT.
• Experience in holistic process redesign across financial institutions, IT, HR and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement clients' transformation plans.
• Coordinate and manage PMO tasks independently.
• Lead client meetings and workshops to achieve project objectives.
• Contribute to internal firm projects and development while based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Your Impact

You will design and implement our clients' transformation plans and execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPI implementation, process improvement, etc.

In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks. You will spend your time preparing and driving implementation projects and coaching clients. You will also manage project workstreams largely independently and with the support of a project manager. As you gain experience, you will gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects yourself. You will lead less tenured consultants and clients in your project or workstream and successfully hold client meetings and workshops to achieve the project's objectives.

You will also contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.

You will be based in our Madrid or Barcelona office and will be part of Orphoz, where our mission is to carry out complex transformation projects for our clients.

As part of this group, you will join a team of consultants and transformation execution experts. Your Qualifications and Skills

• Degree with a strong record of academic achievement
• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting (e.g. in a project management office in the context of transformation projects)
• Previous experience in carve‑outs and M&A implementation projects in a transformation context
• Previous experience in holistic process redesign (financial institutions, IT, HR and Operations) and implementation
• Motivation towards the flexibility and agility that is required to succeed in a consulting environment
• Driven by creating long lasting impact
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above) and the local office language
