Benjamin is rapidly growing a fintech rewards platform that delivers MoMos (Money Moments) to users. We seek a Senior Data Scientist to frame high-impact problems, build production ML models, and optimize offers and pricing to drive engagement and revenue.

You will own end-to-end data products, run causal analyses, and collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering to ship reliable pipelines using AWS, Snowflake/BigQuery, and modern ML tooling.

Formación

• Strong background in statistics and machine learning.
• Experience with experimentation, causal inference and model evaluation.
• Experience shipping production ML systems.
• Experience with recommendations, ranking, forecasting, uplift, or causal methods.
• Ability to frame problems around impact and communicate business value.

Responsabilidades

• Find and frame high-impact problems; determine leverage before coding.
• Optimize rewards and incentives to improve engagement and conversions.
• Recommend and rank offers/content in real time for the right user at the right moment.
• Own experiments and measurement across product and paid acquisition (MMM, attribution).
• Turn ideas into production data products; create features, datasets, and pipelines.
• Ship models as batch jobs, APIs, or features and keep training/validation running reliably.
• Mentor the team and set the standard for ML engineering at Benjamin.
