Benjamin is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to advance our data platform powering MoMos rewards and everyday actions. You will build end-to-end data pipelines, integrate systems, and enable real-time analytics across product, payment, advertising, and partners.

You will own Snowflake pipelines, apply dbt modeling, practice IaC with Terraform, and ship CI/CD. We value strong Python/SQL, production experience, and practical scalable solutions in a fast-growing fintech.

Formación

• Production experience building reliable data pipelines.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with data modeling knowledge.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with IaC and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrations across product, payment, advertising, and partner systems pulling data from APIs, databases, files, events, and postbacks into one trusted place.
• Own the flow in both directions: pipelines into Snowflake, and reverse ETL back out into the operational systems that run the business.
• Build event-driven, high-frequency ingestion for real-time and async processing across internal systems and partner interactions.
• Model and transform data with dbt into clean, reusable datasets for analytics and ML.
• Turn platform gaps into production infrastructure, not one-off scripts.
• Ship cloud infrastructure as code and CI/CD, own services end-to-end from schema design to deployment and monitoring.
• Monitor production systems for failures, freshness, quality, latency, performance, and cost; improve alerting and recovery processes.
• Mentor teammates and raise the team's data engineering standards.
