Benjamin, a fast-growing rewards/fintech startup, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a unit's outcomes and roadmap. You’ll work hands-on on specs, flows, and product mechanics while digging into data to guide decisions, focusing on mobile-first experiences and high engagement.

Formación

• 4+ years in product management for mobile-first apps.
• Track record of owning a business metric and driving it.
• Generalist with strategy, design, data, monetization, systems thinking.
• Strong design instincts and ability to critique flows.
• Fluent in numbers; comfortable with BI or SQL.
• Understanding UA economics and its impact on product.
• Experience leading a small team without formal authority.
• Self-driven and proactive; can operate without a roadmap.

Responsabilidades

• Own the outcome for a unit with one primary metric.

At Benjamin, we give users real cash rewards—what we call MoMos (Money Moments)—for things they’re already doing. From playing games and watching ads to everyday card purchases with cash back, we’re all about putting money back in people’s pockets.

What you’ll do

• Own the outcome. One unit, one primary business metric, one person accountable.
• Own the roadmap. Decide what the unit builds and in what order. You make the trade-offs and you defend them.
• Drive the product hands-on. Write specs, shape the flows and the mechanics. Sit in the Figma file and push on the design.
• Live in the numbers. Cohorts, ROAS, ARPU, ARPI, retention, conversion. You pull your own data and form your own view before anyone asks.
• Lead a small cross-functional unit. Engineers, ops, business, marketing, design. You set priority and sprint scope for everyone in the unit while functional leads own code and craft quality. You lead through clarity and results rather than an org chart.
• Run the full loop. Idea → build → ship → measure → iterate. Speed over perfection, but direction and impact over both.
• Work the economics. Understand how UA spend, CPI, payback and user quality shape everything your unit sees downstream and shape your product decisions accordingly.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in product, mobile-first, ideally in mobile games, high-engagement consumer apps or ad tech. You have shipped things millions of people touched.
• A track record of owning a business metric and moving it. Not "I shipped X" but rather "I owned Y, it went from A to B, and here is why."
• A generalist with a vertical bar in product management: strategy, design craft, data, monetization, systems thinking. Deep in product and credible everywhere else.
• Real design instinct, and the willingness to get into the file. You can tell the difference between a flow that works and one that merely functions, and you can articulate why.
• Fluency in the numbers. You are comfortable in a BI tool or writing SQL, and you do not wait for an analyst to have an opinion.
• UA fluency. You do not need to have run ad accounts, but you need to understand UA economics — CPI, payback, ROAS windows, channel and creative mix, user quality — and how they cascade into everything your unit owns.
• Experience leading a small team without formal authority: earning the room, setting the bar, unblocking people.
• Self-driven, self-managed, autonomous. Nobody hands you a roadmap or chases you for an update.
• Hungry. Good is not good enough, you challenge assumptions, raise standards, and push past "that works."

Nice to have: rewards or offerwall ecosystems, Adtech or performance marketing, gamification and LiveOps systems, marketplace or two-sided business experience.

• Outcome over output. You are measured on results, not features shipped.
• Two reporting lines. You own what gets built and what outcomes we drive. Functional leads own how we build and to what standard — advisory on the how, no veto on your priorities.
• A tight cadence. Weekly Business Review and Product & Design Review. Two-week sprints, fixed release train.
