Prime Insights is seeking a Data Scientist to build predictive models, recommendation systems, and experimentation frameworks to improve user engagement, LTV, and fraud detection in a high-scale product environment.

As part of our Central Data Team, you will leverage Python, SQL, and ML to optimize ad-tech and gaming products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impact and informed decision-making.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional data science experience, preferably in AdTech or gaming.
• Strong Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch) and advanced SQL skills.
• Knowledge of CPM, ROAS, attribution and post-back loops in ad tech.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex results to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with A/B testing in high-traffic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop predictive targeting and personalization engines to maximize engagement.
• Build LTV and churn models to optimize acquisition spend.
• Create real-time fraud and anomaly detection systems.
• Lead rigorous experimentation design and analysis (A/B testing).
• Move from descriptive analytics to diagnostic and predictive insights.
