Dwelly is hiring a senior data analyst/scientist to own Growth analytics, turning raw data into decisions and partnering with commercial and product leads. You will build pipelines, apply advanced statistics, and shape the data agenda in a fast-paced real estate tech environment.

You will craft measurable hypotheses, design experiments, and deliver dashboards and models that influence pricing, churn, and expansion efforts across a growing platform.

Formación

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Higher degree education.
• Startup mentality: resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset: focus on delivering value to end-users or clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills – ability to approach challenges logically and propose practical solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in the role of DA / DS.
• Possess the high level of autonomy and "full-stack analyst" skill set expected of a Senior DA grade.
• Write Python and SQL and build your own pipelines (dbt or equivalent).
• Have real statistical depth: experiment design, causal inference, survival analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Churn Early-Warning: link arrears, SLA breaches and tenancy events with intent and sentiment; assign pound value for prioritisation.
• Share-of-Wallet Expansion: rank landlords and identify opportunities from call recordings.
• Pricing & Elasticity: estimate price sensitivity and defensible uplift.
• Rent Guarantee Underwriting: underwrite from loss data and rules.
• Growth Experimentation: design readable growth experiments with uplift estimates.
• Growth Data Layer: own data pipelines across platform, payments, communications, transcripts and PM jobs.
