Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design featurization, curate datasets, and build ML models for biologics discovery. You will partner with ISD and Discovery scientists to implement robust AI solutions on sequencing and assay data in a matrix environment.

This role is based in Madrid, Spain with no remote option and offers exposure to cutting-edge molecular design and MLOps practices within a global healthcare leader.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in CS, ML, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics or related field.
• 2+ years of applied ML experience with model development and evaluation.
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn and SQL.
• Experience turning complex biomedical data into robust features and training sets.

Responsabilidades

• Design featurization and model-ready datasets for antibody/protein sequence data.
• Develop, evaluate and deploy applied ML models with rigorous validation.
• Collaborate with ISD and Discovery scientists to align ML with real design decisions.
