Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to advise on privacy, data protection and AI matters across its European operations. Based in Europe, you could work remotely, or in a hybrid setup, reporting to the Head of Legal (Data Protection & AI) in London.

You will lead reviews, draft and negotiate data protection clauses, handle international transfers, support data subject rights, and stay ahead of regulatory developments while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven privacy, data protection and AI legal guidance
• Experience advising in UK/EU contexts
• Strong judgement, composure and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Advise the business on privacy, data protection and AI issues for new and existing products
• Ensure privacy and data protection are integrated into review processes for features
• Draft and negotiate data protection and AI clauses with third parties and Revolut entities
• Advise on international data transfers compliant with GDPR
• Assist with data breach responses and notifications
• Collaborate with global Legal Counsels across jurisdictions
• Support Data Subject Rights teams in complex requests
• Engage with regulators across multiple countries
• Keep abreast of legal, regulatory and industry developments
• Lead by example in managing complex legal tasks efficiently
