Leadtech, a Barcelona-based tech company, seeks a Senior Data Engineer to build and operate data pipelines feeding daily reporting, attribution, and LTV. You will ingest data from ads, payments, and product backends into Databricks and manage Airflow jobs, ensuring accuracy of silver/gold tables.

You will collaborate with Analytics, Marketing and Data Science teams, apply strong data governance, and own production processes while contributing to cross-functional projects across global teams.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product/marketing/engineering.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Spark, Databricks, Airflow, and GCP; familiarity with dbt and ads/payments APIs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest data from ad platforms, payment systems and product backends into Databricks.
• Build and operate pipelines feeding daily reporting, attribution and LTV.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing and Data Science teams to drive business goals.
• Own production: scheduled jobs, data quality checks, alerts, and incident resolution.
