Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Support coordination of project activities and ensure team members understand responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and track key metrics to identify delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members and senior management.
• Help identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Support onboarding of new team members and provide guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to resolve challenges and implement solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvements.
