Schneider Electric is seeking a senior Solution Engineer to act as the technical authority for complex Data Center opportunities. The role spans electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital, and third‑party systems, with hybrid work across France, the UK or Spain.

You will translate customer specs into actionable designs, drive end‑to‑end coordination, and lead technical negotiations to first order. You will engage with tendering, engineering, sales and execution teams, ensuring designs meet

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical leadership, system architecture or customer projects.
• Experience designing and leading complex integrated solutions involving multiple technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and translate customer requirements into integrated technical solutions.
• Define and lead overall solution architecture across electrical, mechanical, cooling, digital and software systems.
• Design standard architectures for key regional accounts and develop differentiating technical strategies.
• Lead technical solution development, including system integration, design optimization and scope definition.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, Schneider Electric standards and regulations.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and interface challenges throughout the cycle.
• Support workshops, demos and solution validation activities.
• Provide engineering effort estimates and execution assumptions for delivery after award.
