Schneider Electric is seeking a Technical Leader for its PreFab Data Center Systems in Spain. You will steer technical solutions, manage design documents, and serve as primary contact with customers during tenders and design reviews.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team through design, production, and delivery phases, ensuring adherence to standards and client needs while collaborating with sales and solutions teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Electrical preferable.
• 5+ years with infrastructure projects in multinational/global teams.
• 3+ years in data center solutions incl. power, cooling, electrical & mechanical.
• Excellent communication; customer-facing ability.
• Senior-level leadership for multidisciplinary teams on medium/large projects.
• Fluent English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design proposals, specs, drawings and data for feasibility and cost.
• Be the primary technical contact during tender and design phases.
• Coordinate with sales and customers to qualify needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on medium/large projects.
• Support production, procurement and construction with design docs.
• Review sub-consultant proposals for cohesive design.
