LittleBig Connection is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to own the semantic layer of our data platform in Barcelona, defining metrics and ensuring consistency across consumption surfaces. You will explain past outcomes, forecast next steps, and propose actionable actions to stakeholders.

You will design semantic models with dbt, govern data quality, run diagnostic analyses, and build predictive analytics to anticipate business trends. The role blends reporting with insights.

Formación

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, IT, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL and hands-on production experience with dbt.
• Strong background in data modelling and semantic layers.
• Proficiency in Python for statistical and predictive work.
• Experience with data governance practices and data quality.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure Databricks) and Power BI.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the semantic model of the platform with dbt.
• Own the definition of business metrics and ensure consistency across surfaces.
• Contribute to data governance: naming, contracts, catalog, and quality standards.
• Run diagnostic analyses to identify root causes behind business variations.
• Build predictive analyses to forecast trends and inform decisions.
• Turn insights into prescriptive recommendations for stakeholders.
• Deliver reporting and visualizations on top of the semantic model.
• Collaborate with data engineering on pipelines and modelling.
