Smadex, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to bridge product, engineering, and business using data-driven insights. You will shape the future of our mobile ad-tech platform by translating complex analytics into strategic product decisions.

You will own experimentation, build scalable data models, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes while mentoring junior analysts.

Formación

• 5+ years in Data Science or Product Analytics in tech or mobile ecosystems.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with large datasets and cloud data warehouses.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytical loop that informs Product and ML strategy; define opportunities and what to build next.
• Design, run, and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate) to measure feature and ML impact.
• Establish and govern KPI frameworks to align cross-functional teams on success.
