Airalo is hiring a Senior Data Analyst, Product and Business to elevate how we use data across product and business. You'll partner with product leadership and cross-functional teams to tie product metrics to business outcomes and help scale data-driven decision making.

This fully remote role spans Europe, with responsibilities including designing experiments, building dashboards in LightDash and supporting self-serve analytics across squads.

Formación

• 4+ years in product or commercial analytics or quantitative roles.
• Experience with product analytics in a B2C, marketplace or transactional environment.
• Strong SQL and Python/R; data governance and instrumentation.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product teams to define success metrics, design experiments, and evaluate feature impact.
• Design and analyse experiments with statistical rigour, and champion best practice.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify key metrics and tracking data needs.
• Guide and implement product-level KPIs within a tiered framework, connecting metrics to business outcomes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses spanning funnel, retention, and cohort trends.
• Size opportunities and build business cases before the team commits.
• Build and maintain governed dashboards in LightDash, and support self-serve analytics adoption across squads.
• Interpret metrics with PMs and leadership to inform roadmap decisions.
