Lodgify seeks a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team in Barcelona. You will transform complex data into actionable product insights, with a strong focus on funnel optimization across the platform.

Partner with Product to define value metrics, build dashboards, and translate KPIs into product signals that drive growth. Proficient SQL, dbt, and data visualization are essential, with collaboration across international teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in SaaS or product analytics.
• Proven funnel analysis and optimization experience with improved conversion rates.
• Strong A/B testing expertise and ability to design experiments with statistical significance.
• Excellent business acumen with ability to connect analysis to objectives and execute autonomously.
• Expert-level SQL including window functions and performance optimization; experience with BigQuery.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end funnel analysis across product areas; identify drop-offs and opportunities.
• Analyze activation, engagement, and retention to uncover friction for cohorts and segments.
• Partner with Product to prioritize funnel improvement initiatives and measure impact.
• Define and track customer value metrics and business KPIs; translate into actionable product signals.
• Create dashboards showing impact of product improvements on customer value and business outcomes.
• Autonomously design and lead A/B tests for funnel improvements with stakeholders.
