Job summary

Smadex SLU, based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to shape the future of its mobile advertising platform. You will turn raw behavioral data from millions of users into scalable business insights, working at the nexus of product, engineering, and business.

You will own experimentation, build scalable analytics, and mentor teammates while translating complex findings for executives. This is a hybrid role with Barcelona as the core location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst in high-growth tech environments or mobile ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with experience handling massive datasets and cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical loop influencing Product and ML strategies and define what we build next.
• Design, execute, and evaluate experimentation frameworks and measure effects of features and ML.
• Act as strategic data partner across engineering, product, and business teams with actionable recommendations.
