Smadex in Barcelona is seeking a Data Analysis Lead to bridge complex big data with strategic product decisions. You will lead a team of 3-5 data analysts, overseeing analysis of massive programmatic advertising datasets and delivering high-quality insights to shape product development.

You will work closely with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to define monitoring signals, build automated reporting, and empower self-service BI across the organization, enabling data-driven

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
• 5+ years in data-heavy analysis or BI, preferably in ad tech.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring a team of data professionals.
• Fluency with SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 3–5 data analysts, owning the team's workflow and prioritizing requests.
• Deep-dive into large RTB datasets to decode auction dynamics and identify revenue opportunities.
• Define and implement frameworks for peer review, data validation, and documentation; ensure accuracy of insights and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to translate data trends into actionable product decisions.
