Smadex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in Barcelona to work closely with ML and Product teams. You will analyze large datasets on mobile user behavior and translate insights into product and ML strategies, collaborating with business and technical colleagues.

This full‑time, hybrid role (2 days from home) is based in Barcelona or relocation‑eligible. You should have 3+ years in data science or data analytics in programmatic ad tech, a quantitative degree, and strong Python/SQL skills, plus

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in the programmatic sector (SSP, DSP, MMP).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.
• Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus.
