Smadex, based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to shape the future of its mobile advertising platform. You will transform raw behavioral data from millions of users into scalable strategies at the intersection of product, engineering, and business.

You will lead analytical loops, design rigorous experiments, and establish KPIs, mentoring teammates and driving cross‑functional data-driven decisions with English communication at the executive level.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL; cloud data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to present to C-level staff.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytical loop influencing Product and Machine Learning strategies.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Establish and govern key performance frameworks across teams.
