Smadex, based in Barcelona, seeks a Senior Data Scientist to shape the future of its mobile advertising platform. You will transform large-scale behavioral data into scalable strategies, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business.

You will own the analytics loop, design rigorous experiments, and establish cross-functional KPIs, mentoring teammates and driving high-impact insights across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field.
• Strong Python and SQL experience with massive datasets and cloud warehouses.
• Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and regression.
• Exceptional English communication, able to present to C-level executives.
• Proven ownership of projects from ambiguity to measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the analytical loop influencing Product and ML strategies using data.
• Design and evaluate experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
• Establish KPIs and frameworks aligning cross- functional teams.
• Build reproducible data models, frameworks, and scalable processes.
• Create data visualizations to democratize insights for tech and business.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business to drive decisions.
