Bip Iberia seeks a Strategy & Operations Director – Life Sciences (Iberia) to lead and scale our Life Sciences practice across Spain and Portugal, working with top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies on high-impact engagements.

You will drive business development, build high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and collaborate with global Life Sciences groups to advance strategic growth and market positioning in the region.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional experience in Life Sciences consulting or strategy.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects and managing teams.
• Strong pharma/biotech/medtech domain expertise.
• Experience in business development and revenue growth.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale end-to-end complex Life Sciences engagements.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives.
• Drive opportunity identification and client relationship expansion.
• Collaborate with global Life Sciences teams for international initiatives.
