Swiss Re in Madrid is seeking a Senior Auditor with a focus on P&C Underwriting within Group Internal Audit (GIA). You will leverage underwriting knowledge across the end-to-end value chain while engaging with senior underwriters and function heads across multiple lines of business.

This role involves leading audits, delivering technically sound reports on time, and providing management with insights to improve controls.

Formación

• More than 5 years' experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end underwriting process in P&C Re/Insurance.
• Practical experience in pricing and underwriting.

About the Role

As a Senior Auditor with focus on P&C Underwriting in Group Internal Audit (GIA), you will have the opportunity to leverage your underwriting knowledge across the end-to-end value chain while participating in a variety of audit activities. You will engage with senior underwriters and function heads on a regular basis across multiple underwriting lines of business.

This role is an opportunity to deal with themes that have direct impact on the execution of Swiss Re strategy.

Essentials

• More than 5 years' experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end underwriting process in P&C Re/Insurance
• Practical experience in pricing and underwriting

• Experience with internal or external reviews or audits
• Experience across multiple lines of business

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 56,000 and EUR 94,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
• the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In situations where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.

This role requires physical presence in Swiss Re Madrid office for at least 3 days per week.
