Grupo Santander seeks an IT risk leadership professional to oversee IT, Cyber and BCP risk and controls for the SCIB platform, driving risk initiatives and ensuring coverage across the global setup. You will monitor emerging risks, support maturity assessments, and coordinate audits and automation of risk processes.

In this role you will collaborate with 2LoD and cross-functional teams to strengthen risk controls and governance within a technology-driven banking environment with a strong risk

Formación

• 2 years of experience in IT risk, cyber risk or business continuity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• IT certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM; cloud certifications valued.
• Knowledge of IT and Cyber processes and controls (asset management, patching, SDLC, change management, vulnerability management, incident response).
• Experience with cloud platforms and process automation.
• Advanced English.
• Availability to travel.
• Collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• IT risk and cyber risk management.
• BCP and disaster recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee IT, Cyber & BCP risk and controls across the platform.
• Contribute to and coordinate the IT, Cyber & BCP risk management program.
• Assess and monitor emerging IT and Cyber risks and recommend responses.
• Participate in risk & controls maturity assessments and analysis of framework components.
• Ensure risk coverage across Global Plattform, branches and subsidiaries.
• Identify transformational projects and monitor until production.
• Oversee internal and external audits (SOX) and independent testing.
• Automate risk management processes and generate consolidated dashboards.
