Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of customs experience.
• Experience with cross-border and compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational performance of import, export and transit activities.
• Act as primary contact for local customs authorities to ensure compliance.
• Answer queries and support stakeholders engaged in cross-border activities.
• Collaborate with brokers and third parties; monitor KPIs.
• Identify optimizations to reduce customs duty spend.
• Ensure daily activities align with Customs roles and country rules.
• Support Authorized Economic Operator and Inward processing authorizations.
• Mitigate risks to continuity of operations.
• Ensure correct tariff classification of goods.
• Review Inward Processing licenses and controls.
