IKEA is seeking a Customs Specialist in Spain to ensure compliance of all declarations and to coordinate information with IKEA units, service providers, and authorities. You will maintain master data, update procedures, and ensure timely release of imports and exports, including certificates of origin and licenses.

The role requires 2–3 years in import/export or customs brokerage, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong knowledge of customs software and tariff databases.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in import/export, supply chain, or customs brokerage.
• AEO Supply Chain Security knowledge.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of customs software and tariff databases; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Secure compliance in every customs declaration.
• Coordinate information and documents with IKEA units, service providers, and authorities.
• Maintain master data for declarations and update standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely release of imports and exports by securing accurate data and certificates of origin, FTAs, licenses, etc.
• Share customs knowledge with colleagues and keep information up to date.
• Ensure all declarations meet country requirements and internal controls.
• Oversee duty, VAT, and external provider charges reconciliation.
