Job summary

INFINNI is seeking a Senior Customer Support Agent to join our European team and support non-technical and technical inquiries in English via chat. You will resolve issues, escalate where needed, and collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer support (B2B SaaS preferred), strong communication, and a customer-centric mindset. Remote-first role open to candidates based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 2+ years in a customer support role, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Experience with Intercom or similar CS tools (e.g., Zendesk).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat (Intercom).
• Provide accurate resolutions to both non-technical and technical questions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while keeping customers informed.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve the support experience.
• Participate in meetings and training to stay updated on features and processes.
