Bark is an online services marketplace connecting customers with professionals across 1,000+ categories. As Senior CRM Manager, you’ll lead CRM strategy, activation, engagement and retention for professional subscription products and own go‑to‑market CRM for new products in new markets.

You’ll manage a CRM Executive, collaborate with Commercial, Product, Analytics and Marketing, and explore AI‑enabled approaches to improve execution, analysis and campaign development across geographies.

Formación

• 6+ years in a CRM role with strong experience in Iterable or Braze.
• Autonomous and proactive across a broad CRM workload.
• Strong leadership to operate in a small, high‑performing team.
• Hands-on planning and delivery of complex multi‑channel lifecycle automation.
• Experience owning test‑and‑learn programmes and campaigns.
• Experience using data visualisation tools to inform decisions.
• Strong prioritisation, work ethic and ownership.
• Comfort with using AI tools to improve CRM efficiency and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, collaborate and lead on key CRM projects across professional subscription products.
• Manage and support a CRM Executive and drive campaign execution.
• Deliver cross‑channel lifecycle communications using data insights to drive repeat use.
• Lead go‑to‑market CRM strategy for new products in new markets.
• Identify growth opportunities from customer insight and competitive analysis.
• Create marketing content supporting upsell/cross‑sell and retention.
• Design test‑and‑learn plans across lifecycles and campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Utilise Iterable to its fullest: dynamic content, personalisation, testing and segmentation.
• Plan campaigns across email, SMS, on‑platform messaging and push for multiple geographies.
• Leverage Claude and other AI tools to improve execution, analysis and automation.
