Bark is seeking a senior product manager to own the Consumer Search to Contact Experience. You will lead how customers search, detail their needs, and send briefs to trusted professionals, shaping the early journey with data-driven decisions.

This role focuses on turning vague customer needs into actionable briefs, improving funnel conversion, and aligning cross-functional teams in a fast-growing marketplace transformation.

• Own a consumer conversion journey and run experiments to move metrics.
• Read funnels, form hypotheses, and create clarity where the model is evolving.
• Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to support decisions.
• Influence multiple teams toward a shared plan without direct reporting lines.
• Apply AI thinking to speed up discovery, design and delivery.

• Collaborate with data, product, and marketplace squads to optimize early funnel.
