Job summary

Nord Recruitment is seeking a Head of Brand for an 8-figure DTC haircare brand, US-focused. This fully remote role offers EU-friendly hours and flexibility. You will own brand identity across visuals, tone, and playbook, and work hands-on with design, copy, shooting, and editing.

You will lead creator-led growth, align brand with performance, and build a small team over time, reporting to CEO and COO. The role is fully remote with a compact team and rapid decision-making.

Qualifications

• Creative brand leader with hands-on identity work and visual systems.
• Experience guiding creator-led growth and performance-driven branding.

Responsibilities

• Define the brand identity: visual direction, typography, color, tone of voice, and a practical brand playbook.
• Lead creative direction across creator content, paid ads, packaging, campaigns, and product launches.
• Create the work yourself when needed: design assets, write copy, shoot, and edit.
• Set the strategy and creative standard for Instagram and TikTok.
• Connect brand and performance, so strong creative also drives results.
