Zusammenfassung

Natixis NY Branch is seeking a CRE origination professional to analyze new business opportunities, model cash-flow scenarios, and support the Head of RE&H Iberia with transaction structuring and credit documentation. The role includes preparing term sheets, due diligence reviews, and facility agreement analysis.

The candidate will work closely with underwriters and participate in meetings, while collecting data and assisting in report preparation for decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Good understanding of modelling projections.

Aufgaben

• Analysis of new business opportunities, including market and properties analysis.
• Preparation of term sheets and negotiation with the client.
• Review of due-diligences and valuation reports.
• Review of facility agreements.
• Work closely with underwriters to prepare credit memos for team and credit committee review.
• Providing commercial and analytical support on the different transactions and initiatives.
