A telecommunications service provider in Spain is seeking a Back Office CS Engineer responsible for 2nd line operations and maintenance support for the Core CS Network. The role involves performance analysis, project management for complex initiatives, and coaching the engineering team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related fields, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Core Network maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Core CS network architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line operations and maintenance support for Core CS Network.
• Central point of contact for technical complex matters.
• Act as project manager for complex projects across multiple departments.

Conocimientos

Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support

Knowledge of application protocols

Good knowledge of SOAP, IPSEC, DNS(SEC), Radius

Unix administration skills (Solaris, Linux)

Ability to judge on operational acceptance

Core CS network architecture comprehension

Experience with services like VoLTE, VoWIFI
