Goodfit seeks an experienced legal professional to draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related contracts across the business in Spain. The role includes employment contracts, procurement/vendor agreements, and basic real estate documentation, with due diligence support and risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with HR, Procurement, and Finance to ensure compliance with laws and company policies while standardizing templates and processes.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law basics, and commercial agreements, with working knowledge of real estate/property laws.
• Hands-on experience with MSAs, employment contracts, procurement/vendor agreements, and basic real estate documentation/due diligence.
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related commercial contracts.
• Review employment-related contracts, including offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, amendments, and separation documents.
• Review vendor agreements, service contracts, and consultancy agreements.
• Draft and review lease agreements, leave & license agreements, and basic sale/transfer documents.
• Assist in property due diligence and review title documents and land records.
• Identify legal risks and propose revisions aligned with business objectives.
