Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Content Designer who will own the quality and strategic direction of content across your squad. You bring deep user insight and collaborative mindset to shape product experiences that are clear, inclusive, and emotionally engaging.

You will mentor junior designers, influence cross‑team content strategy, and drive content design systems with brand, product, and engineering. You’ll wireframe in Figma, run qualitative and quantitative tests, and help teams ship

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a content designer.
• Deep understanding of content design beyond words.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Expertise in content design principles and end-to-end product thinking.
• Experience with A/B testing, UX metrics, data interpretation and research.
• Product intuition aligning user needs, constraints and feasibility.
• Proficient in Figma for prototyping and collaboration.
• Experience using AI and building workflows/tools with AI is a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and advocate for content design.
• Contributes to content design systems with reusable patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end content design strategy from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to embed content strategy.
• Define clear, inclusive content that builds trust and engagement.
• Wireframe in Figma with rationale, aligning to design systems.
• Ensure content aligns with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Create high-quality content for complex product flows and copy.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
• Collaborate across teams, shaping product direction and trade-offs.
• Develop and evolve content design style guides with brand partners.
• Deliver content with strong tone, clarity, and consistency.
