Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Content Designer to craft clear, engaging UI copy for our financial products. You’ll partner with product, design, and engineering to enhance user experiences, write and edit user-focused content, and ensure tone consistency across markets.

You’ll also guide translation styles and support brand voice in a fast-paced fintech environment. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in English or related field, at least 3 years in UX writing, and a strong portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a UX writer or copywriter.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fintech or tech product copy.
• Experience with UX writing and product storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative customer research and validate content design.
• Own the POV of features, products, branding.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers on framing products to achieve business outcomes and communicate with users with storytelling.
• Edit app copy with UX guidance for UI designers to optimize customer flow.
• Deliver UX writing across the product and all touchpoints.
