Moniepoint Group is seeking a Senior Content Designer to own the quality and strategic direction of content across squads. You will shape product experiences that are clear, inclusive, and emotionally engaging, while guiding junior designers and aligning across product, design, and engineering.

You’ll work in a fast-moving fintech environment, wireframe and prototype in Figma, apply research methods, and contribute to content design systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a content designer.
• Strong understanding that content design is more than words.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end content design strategy from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed content strategy in product work.
• Create clear, inclusive, on-brand content and documentation.
• Wireframe and prototype in Figma with solid rationale.
• Develop content design system components and guides.
