Job summary

Stanton Chase Spain is seeking a Senior Consultant or Partner to lead Board and Executive Search assignments, develop new business, and build a sustainable client portfolio across Professional Services, Technology, Construction & Infrastructure, and Consumer sectors.

You will leverage the firm's international Industry and Functional Practice Groups to deliver top-tier advisory services to C-suite executives and boards.

Qualifications

• Executive search or leadership advisory experience preferred.
• Strong network and market knowledge are essential.
• Ability to develop business and manage senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong portfolio of senior-level clients.
• Generate new business and identify opportunities in sectors with growth potential.
• Lead Board, CEO, General Management, Country Management, and senior functional searches.
• Lead client proposals, pitches and long-term account development.
• Collaborate with Research and leverage international Practice Groups.
